| We are enrolled as an Approved Installer under the scheme instituted by the Security Systems and Alarms Inspection Board Conditions for enrolment include the requirement that all of our installations comply with BS 4737 and that we can demonstrate a high level of competence. On completion of the installation a certificate of status and competence is issued to the subscriber. A further requirement is that any of our installations can be assessed by the Inspector of Security Systems and Alarms Inspection Board both during and on completion of the installation. |

Our intruder alarms are fitted and maintained to BS 4737 and Alarms Inspectorate and Security Council Ltd approval. A Certificate of conformity is issued to every customer on completion of the installation. Every system has the same meticulous planing and professional installation you would expect from a company entrusted with protecting your premises. And... for additional peace of mind your installation is covered by our unconditional guarantee for one full year from the date you accept the installation.
We operate with a Central Monitoring facility so that your alarm system is constantly monitored 24 hours a day and 365 days a year
Strong Security Systems is also approved to supply and fit Digital Communicators or Redcare high security 24 hour monitoring to its intruder alarm systems.
We supply and fit CCTV systems ranging from a small "One to One" monochrome system suitable for a small shop or domestic household to a fully functional multiplex colour system with Pan, Tilt and Zoom facilities with Time Lapse video recording. Do not be concerned if your don't understand the technology, we will help you chose the "right" system to meet your needs and budget. One benefit, even for small retailers is that the use of CCTV can dramatically reduce "shrinkage" - if you know what that means then you do need to talk to us. CCTV is also a highly effective deterrent in almost every situation. You will be aware of the increasing use, by the authorities, of CCTV to reduce street crime.
Access Control Systems can take many forms from a simple electronic digital code pad with an electric strike release to a computer (PC) run proximity tag or card swipe system running a large number of doors for use by hundreds of staff.
The latter type of system can allow variable access to individual staff, e.g. all staff may enter by the main building entrance doors at set times, but only authorised personnel may gain access to designated areas such as communication rooms or store areas.
We supply and fit any lock requirement from a padlock and hasp to high security multi-point locking doors. We also supply and fit all types of safes to safeguard jewellery and personnel possessions
Many people like to compliment electronic security with the added benefit of physical protection for their property. We can provide virtually any form of physical protection from a single fixed mesh grille through to collapsible gates and motorised shutters.
We can supply and fit fire alarms that meet the BS 5839 standard.
We are able to supply and install a range of systems to meet your requirements
To compliment our products we offer full installation, maintenance and support services. This includes our Central Station Monitoring centre that monitors your security devices via standard phone lines. We can arrange for connections to the Police and Emergency services through the Central Station.
Where we are supplying covert security devices such as hidden CCTV cameras we can conduct the installation out of business hours to ensure maximum discretion.
Of special interest to many is our ability to integrate fully various combinations of security, fire and access control systems.
